논문투고자 Young-Ju Hu
논문내용 The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of trust about human and technology on the perception of the need for school education in Generation Z through attitudes toward online education. To this end, data from the ‘Study on Changes in Values of Teenagers in Generation Z’, which was investigated by the National Youth Policy Institute in 2020, was used, and structural relationships were analyzed using a structural equation model. The results of the study are as follows. First, middle and high school students of Generation Z showed higher human trust than technology trust, had a neutral attitude toward online education, and showed a high level of perception of the need for school education. Second, human trust has a positive effect on the perception of the need for school education, but technology trust has a negative effect. In addition, it was found that a positive attitude toward online education positively mediates human trust and the perception of the need for school education, and between technology trust and the perception of the need for school education. As a result, it can be seen that increasing positive attitudes toward online education is a good strategy to strengthen the positive effect of human trust on the perception of the need for school education, and to mitigate the negative effect of technology trust on the perception of the need for school education.
