논문내용 In an aging society, emergency medical patients such as high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, and cerebrovascular disease continue to increase every year. Expanding the scope of first aid for paramedics and optimal first aid using artificial intelligence technology can secure a golden time to save severe emergency patients. The artificial intelligence-based smart emergency medical system is a future-oriented emergency medical service that uses artificial intelligence technology to transmit patient's biometric data to the 5G network and immediately analyze it to provide optimal hospitals and transportation routes. This paper analyzes the trend of domestic artificial intelligence smart emergency medical service patients through 841 paitent data related to artificial intelligence-based smart emergency medical care using the domestic patient information search service (KIPRIS). As a result of analysis through keyword network, concurrent appearance network, and bigram network analysis, it can be seen that many studies are being conducted in providing and using the foundation for artificial intelligence-based smart emergency medical care. This paper can provide help in setting the direction of patent research related to artificial intelligence smart emergency medical care in the future.
