논문내용 At present, the integral machining technology of split impeller is still in the stage of development and innovation. The difficulty of machining is that the blade surface modeling is too complex and it is difficult to guarantee the machining efficiency and accuracy under the existing machining technology. The numerical control machining technology of split impeller has been used in actual production. The existing production and processing technology can not improve the production efficiency and ensure the quality of products. In order to solve the above problems, this paper optimizes the method of model construction, uses UG NX software to obtain parametric model, formulates reasonable processing process, creates impeller processing procedure through NX CAM function module, generates NC program through specific post-processing, and then uses VERICUT software to simulate NC program. According to the results of simulation data, the efficiency and quality analysis are carried out, and the program is further optimized until the simulation results meet the requirements of production drawings. Finally, the splitter impeller is processed by five-axis linkage equipment. It is proved by practice that this method overcomes the processing difficulties of conventional process. The high efficiency and high precision machining of split impeller are realized.
