This paper discusses the use and importance of big data and aims to implement a CSMS (Complaint Sentiment Management System) program based on web crawling, sentiment analysis, and LSTM (Long Short-Term Memory) technique. Governments, public institutions, and companies are using big data to establish policies, analyze competitors, monitor prices, and analyze issues in real time, which enables them to predict the future and respond quickly. In this study, we collect 10,000 data from three major online sites through web crawling and apply sentiment analysis and LSTM model to deeply analyze complaint data and predict sentiment flow to identify complaints in real time and propose a system that enables quick and efficient complaint response through CSMS program. |
