In our society, population movement between regions occurs intensively in February and August every year. It shows a regular appearance every year due to school admission and graduation, and job turnover and relocation of office workers. Accordingly, related industries such as related real estate brokerage business and moving business are formed, and accordingly, the number of workers is also maintained at a certain level. However, real estate apps installed on smartphones have led to a decrease in the role of licensed real estate agents, bringing about a major change in the real estate brokerage industry. This study was conducted for the purpose of expanding the business role of existing licensed real estate agents and helping the growth and development of current business operators related to real estate apps by examining the attributes of consumers who want to find a house (space) choosing real estate apps through prior research and analyzing the relationship between these factors. Through literature research, five factors were selected as factors for selecting real estate apps: accuracy of provided information, convenience of using apps, speed of information update, reliability of provided information, and reciprocity among users, and the relationship between recommendation intentions, which are behaviors based on satisfaction due to these factors, was analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0. As a result, all constituent factors were related to the intention of recommendation, which could suggest the beginning for all real estate brokerage participants to coexist. |
