논문내용 In this paper, the necessity and composition of digital twin technology, i.e., software, are still ambiguous due to the development of technology due to the 4th Industrial Revolution. Unlike software in the old days, which consisted of only a single digital data, digital twin configurations are connected to various technologies such as 3D, simulation, and analysis. As a result, the requirements for each technology included in the configuration become enormous and overlap problems arise. Digital twin technologies that connect reality and virtual environments in real time can cause fatal problems in real life if data transmission or simulation engines fail, requiring refined requirements and high reliability. Therefore, in order to solve the above problem, this paper develops a "digital twin base reliability evaluation model" and produces a "digital twin evaluation platform" for testing. Based on CPS Concern, Technical Concern, and ISO standards, the reliability evaluation model of digital twin is based on understanding the tendency of software for each technology, sorting into important evaluation items, and calculated sequentially. In addition, Concern selected by experts has different weights for each standard. The Digital Twin Reliability Evaluation Model is a model that selects various standards according to the characteristics of the digital twin, a collection of various technologies, and evaluates them through CPS Concerns.
