논문내용 This study aims to determine the effects of self-efficacy, job satisfaction, and desire for improving oneself to organizational immersion of idonesian workers in the industrial sites of small and medium-sized enterprises in Korea. The data of 400 subjects were collected from August to September, 2019, and analyzed using the SPSS WIN 23.0 program. The results of this study are as follwing: The results of this study are as follwing: Self-efficacy, strength of desire for growth, job satisfaction has been shown to have a significant positive effect on tissue immersion. the effect of increasing organizational commitment is self-efficacy (β=.335), job satisfaction (β=.230), growth desire strength (β=.175). Therefore, more efforts should be made to enhance job immersion and self-efficacy.On the other hand, the turnover was not significant. According to this result, the education and supporting services, satisfying self-efficacy and desire for growrh of Indonesian workers, are needed. It can be also applied in the baseline data for government policy, manpower plan and management on stay of Indonesian workers.
