논문내용 In this paper, the main factors were analyzed by simulating the components of resonator in microwave range for uniform heating. The optimal resonator simulations were conducted to use the main mode resonance frequency favorable to uniform heating of food. The stirrer and turntable devices were also simulated in order to carry out accurate simulations, and the load of food was used as a basic load model with a relatively accurate dielectric constants. For the accuracy of simulation, the dielectric constants of turntable, and the dielectric constants of load must be accurately measured and calculated. In this paper, dielectric constants were measured using cylindrical resonators and applied to simulations. The simulation results determined the main mode resonance frequency according to the size of the resonator, and the center mode field was calculated the strongest at the main mode resonance frequency. The initial design resonator size was designed to be resonator at 433 MHz, but was adjusted to operate at ISM band of the 915 MHz by optimizing the resonator size moderately small. At the size of the resonator adjusted to 915 MHz, the 898 MHz hybrid mode around it also works, which is thought to be more advantageous for uniform heating. In the future, we will optimize the size of the resonator that can be operated at 2.45 GHz and 5.8 GHz. We will study the structure for uniform and fast heating the application of microwave range by analyzing the resonant mode and uniform heating modes at 2.45 GHz and 5.8 GHz. If the main factors influencing uniform heating in this paper are well considered as design factors, the uniform heating performance of with different source frequencies can be easily determined.
