논문내용 Now, many changes are happening around the world due to Corona 19. In particular, as non-face-to-face classes, rather than face-to-face classes, are activated in the educational community, real-time video classes are now becoming an essential condition, not an option.[1] At this point, we looked at how non-face-to-face video classes have changed in terms of user satisfaction compared to previous face-to-face classes. In addition, we studied whether it was working well in terms of the interaction between learners and instructors that could occur as real-time video conferencing time increased, and studied persona techniques in detail whether there were no differences in various occupations of users. As a result, we found that there were many problems due to the lack of smooth interaction between instructors and learners. In particular, vocal lessons and performances that require practice have significantly reduced learning effects. Non-face-to-face classes showed many differences in terms of learning comprehension, learning concentration, and satisfaction as overall interaction capabilities fell compared to face-to-face. To solve these problems, we need to establish a user interface for appropriate non-face-to-face classes centered on learners and an environment in which learners and learners can sympathize. Instructors will also need to develop their individual capabilities to create rapport with learners.
