논문내용 It was emphasized that culinary activity through a constructivist approach should be made by a motivating activity in order to make culinary activities more educative with significance for children. In this regard, the constructivist perspective, which has been actively studied in recent years, is being greatly added as an alternative to science education in accordance with new social changes. Through the process of self-exploration, it is an important goal not only to form interest and attitude toward science, but also to learn process skills in science and develop problem-solving skills. In order to promote this effect, the professional knowledge and education of teachers on cooking activities based on constructivism are required. The teacher recognizes the importance of culinary activities based on constructivism and required constant effort and attention to provide various experiences to children through continuous training. The purpose of the Nuri course is to nurture the basic abilities and good character necessary for infants, and to form the foundation of a democratic citizen. It is important to identify relevance and linkages by sector. Accordingly, it is assumed that it will be a very important task to identify the connection between constructivism and the Nuri process. In this study, the practical application of constructivist cooking activity for 3-year-old children is presented, and the positive use of constructivist cooking activity is presented by examining the effect based on the development-oriented evaluation of the Nuri process area.
