논문내용 This study attempted to investigate the effect of the organizational culture of daycare centers and the
transformational leadership and communication ability of the director on the organizational culture and
organizational effectiveness. To this end, a survey was conducted on 289 teachers in Namyangju,
Gyeonggi-do. For the analysis of the collected data, descriptive statistics and correlation analysis and
multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSS 21.0. As a result of the study, first, there were
statistically significant positive correlations between the transformational leadership, communication,
organizational culture, and organizational effectiveness of the daycare center director. Second, as a result
of examining the influence of the director of the daycare center on organizational effectiveness
commitment, the variables affecting the overall organizational effectiveness commitment were found to be
highly explanatory in the order of transformational leadership and organizational culture.Charisma in
transformational leadership and rational culture in organizational culture were found to have an influence.
Therefore, the results of this study suggest that in order to increase teachers' organizational commitment,
it is necessary to attempt to develop the organizational culture of daycare centers, which are external
factors, along with revitalizing the development and operation of programs that can improve creative
personality.
