The pace of aging in Korea is accelerating year by year. As a result, the number of elderly people living alone is also increasing rapidly. They have a problem that their physical and mental health is easily threatened compared to multi-family households. In addition, safety accidents of the elderly living alone pose a great threat to life because they are difficult to cope with quickly. Therefore, in terms of safety accidents, safety management systems and monitoring systems for the elderly are being developed and used. In terms of mental health, companion robots are showing excellent effects in performing emotional care for the elderly. If the companion robot is equipped with a system that measures the physical activity of the elderly and detects safety accidents, it will help mental health as well as health care and quick response to accidents. The healthcare monitoring platform for the elderly living alone should be able to do things like recognizing a person's posture, measuring amount of activity, or detecting falls. In this paper, we study the open sources of posture recognition and behavior recognition in Jetson TX2, an embedded AI computing device. In addition, the suitability is determined by comparing behavior recognition open sources based on standards such as performance and optimization. |
