논문내용 Accidents in the power system are unavoidable, and when an accident occurs, operator must be taken promptly to secure the reliability and stability of the power supply. In particular, the distribution power systems are a system that is directly connected to the customer side to supply power, and its structure is very complicated, and the frequency of accidents is very high compared to the transmission system.
In addition, since the distribution system is operated by radial structure for various reasons, it can be said that the effect of an accident is very large. Therefore, in the event of an accident in the distribution system, in order to minimize the loss of consumers due to blackout, restoration by restarting the power supply to the blackout area should be performed promptly. Since the time required for restoration increases in proportion to the number of operations, optimal restoration is to minimize the number of switch operations. This paper proposes an HMI restoration guidance system for distribution system restoration guidance using LabVIEW. The restoration guidance system is developed used expert system which is one of the artificial intelligent techniques. This system produces results by minimizing the number of switch operations required for power system restoration. Therefore, an operator can quickly and stably restore the distribution system.
