This study aims to process the prescription data of five internal medicines in Korean medicine ontology and analyze the medicinal materials constituting the prescriptions. The prescription data of internal medicine is built as it is in the text of the textbook, but the processing such as decomposition, mapping, and refining of terms is required to be used in information systems. In particular, this study focuses on the processing and analysis results of the constituents of the prescriptions. The names of medicinal materials are written in Chinese characters, but different Unicode characters and synonyms is unified into one, and for processed medicinal materials, the names of the medicinal materials and their processed methods are separated. If a new medicinal material is found or the prescription itself is a constituent, it is added to a list of medicinal materials. This study also analyzes the usage frequency of medicinal materials for each internal medicine textbook. Licorice is the most used in all five internal medicine textbooks, and medicinal herbs such as ginseng and ginger are listed at the top. Because licorice and ginger are representative medicinal herbs that harmonize the medicinal materials and ginseng is a medicinal herb that protects energy, it is confirmed that they are used in many prescriptions. In the future, we plan to further analyze the distribution of medicinal materials by linking the data of symptoms or treatments of prescriptions. |
