논문내용 Cargo trucks and wing body trucks carry a variety of cargoes and operate in a heavy state. When loading cargo, the height of the vehicle is lowered due to the weight, which causes the lowered vehicle frame to interfere with operation on irregular road surfaces and steep slopes. When a truck gets on or off a ship, the rear part of the truck hits the floor at the entrance of the ship, and damage to the lower part of the vehicle is frequent. Such damage to the lower part of the truck may cause a traffic accident due to the fall of the damaged parts, cause unexpected maintenance of the vehicle, and greatly threaten the safety of the driver. In conclusion, measures are required to prevent damage to the lower part of the truck, detect it at an early stage, and prevent fundamental damage. In this study, a protection device was conceived and designed to prevent damage to the lower part of the cargo truck, and the possibility of interworking with an IoT sensor that can detect the height and change of the truck was reviewed. In its form, it is based on the appearance of a structurally robust module with a number of link parts capable of absorbing dampers or shocks. The up and down operation regulates the pressure with an air bag or air pocket and works when the conditions required for operation are met to protect the underside of the vehicle. Simulations were performed under various conditions in consideration of fabrication.
