논문내용 This study was conducted to analyze the impact of conversation about values with parents, the number of close friends, and overseas travel experience on multicultural acceptability using self-efficacy as a medium, and to understand how this impact changes with or without multicultural education experience, using the data of the Korean Education & Employment Panel II and Propensity Score Matching method. The results of the study are as follows. First, all variables of students with multicultural education were all higher than that of students without multicultural education. Second, self-efficacy fully mediates the degree of conversation about values with parents and multicultural acceptability, the number of close friends and multicultural acceptability, but the experience of overseas travel and multicultural acceptability are partially mediated. Third, in the case of students with multicultural education experience, the number of close friends did not affect their self-efficacy and the influence of overseas travel experience was reduced. Based on these findings, this study was proposed that further expand multicultural education to improve multicultural acceptability of high school students in the future. Also this study was proposed to conduct research on the developmental trajectory of multicultural acceptability to adulthood after graduation from college as well as high school students in the future.
