In this paper, we recognized that real estate e-commerce is still limited, even though it is now a necessary factor in the real estate market. We tried to solve this problem for the future development of real estate electronic commerce. The current real estate platform, where face-to-face is an essential factor in the all over the world ongoing corona-19 situation, is no longer uncertain about its future value. the new business model presented in this paper can serve as an important factor implicating future value in future real estate market. Thus, in this paper the current real estate e-commerce platform has been investigated to identify problems and presented a new business model that replaces the role of a licensed real estate agent as an alternative. Previous real estate transactions were made mainly by economically wealthy older generations. Currently, the 2030 millennial generation has emerged as a new customer base in the real estate e-commerce market, which is expected to grow the real estate e-commerce market. We can expect real estate e-commerce to grow by supplementing the non-area elements of real estate e-commerce with new business models, dealing with soaring monthly rent demand, and injecting desirable tension into the real estate market. |
