논문명(한글) [Vol.17, No.6] The Use of Artificial Intelligence Technology in the Business Field and Artificial Intelligence Ethics
논문투고자 Jae Kwon Bae
논문내용 Artificial intelligence is leading the convergence of technologies and industries by converging with various original technologies in the era of the 4th industrial revolution. Technology convergence is a series of processes that collect large amounts of data (Big Data) through the Internet of Things (IoT) and wearable devices, store and manage data in the cloud server, and extract meaningful big data using artificial intelligence. The development of artificial intelligence is accelerating, and the applicability of artificial intelligence technology in the business field is also increasing. In this study, the applicability of artificial intelligence-based predictive analysis models is reviewed in business areas, and artificial intelligence application business areas (requirement forecasting and R&D optimization areas, product and service cost reduction and quality improvement, product and service promotion optimization areas, personalization provided user experience) was derived. In addition, five principles of artificial intelligence ethics were presented to minimize the side effects of artificial intelligence technology and reduce the failure factors of artificial intelligence introduction. Artificial intelligence should be constructed for the public welfare and advantage(profit) of mankind. Artificial intelligence must operate according to the principles of transparency and fairness. Artificial intelligence should not violate the data basic law (rights) or privacy of individuals, interest group and communities. All citizens should have the right to be educated to enjoy mental, emotional and economic prosperity through artificial intelligence. Never endow artificial intelligence with autonomous powers to harm, destroy, or deceive humans.
