Due to COVID-19, most of the activities were switched to non-face-to-face communication, and communication among local residents decreased, which led to the decline of the local commercial district, which had been a meeting place. Currently, the quarantine policy has been relaxed, but the problem of local small business owners who have not fully recovered from the damage remains. In this situation, this thesis intends to propose a win-win plan for small business owners and local residents to solve the problem of increased vacancy compared to before the Corona virus and to restore the local commercial area. The questionnaire consisted of items such as 'How much damage caused by COVID-19?' and 'Is the public delivery app and spatial model conceived in this paper suitable as a solution to the problem?'. Based on the items with the highest response rate by synthesizing the opinions obtained through the questionnaire, a delivery app and a space model were proposed and implemented. In addition, the public delivery app was designed to limit the distance that can be ordered in the sense of considering the local commercial area. A public delivery app prototype was built based on the WEM no-code application platform, which has the advantages of shortening the construction time and ease of later modification and distribution. |
