This thesis attempts to examine the acquisition status and preferred qualification certificates in relation to office informatization certificates among IT-related certificates that are frequently acquired for the employment competitiveness of college students and job seekers. For this, examinations were made of certificate acquirement statuses using IT-related certificate submission status at P University for 5 years from 2016 to 2020 and the 2021 National Technical Qualification Statistical Yearbook of the Ministry of Employment and Labor and various forms of analysis were conducted with regard to certificate acquisition through surveys on certificates of which acquisition was being prepared for by students taking cyber courses during the first semester of the 2021 year at P University. Data comparisons showed almost similar data among the certificates desired by college students. High scores were found in computer specialist in spreadsheet & database, computer specialist in spreadsheet, word processor specialist, and MOS certificates. In addition, 72.56% of the respondents recognized that obtaining a certificate would help them acquire additional employment points and were preparing for a certificate. |
