As the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport introduces mandatory ordering of BIM (architectural information modeling) in construction works worth more than 100 billion won, the clients need job training to have expertise and capabilities to carry out BIM projects. Overseas, it is mentioned that cooperation between industry, public institutions, and academia is necessary for practical application due to differences in expectations between industry needs and actual education, such as the gap between perceptions of industry needs, lack of expertise suitable for the field, and lack of expectations to meet industry requirements. In response to this situation, the university intends to create and verify an education program development model based on Focus Group Interview (FGI) to develop a job training course for incumbent workers and a sustainable lifelong education program that reflects the opinions of construction industry workers. As a verification method, a survey-based Delphi survey was conducted, and a Delphi survey was conducted by selecting teaching and learning design and BIM experts. As a result, the internal validity ratio (CVR) of conceptual factor appropriateness, content composition appropriateness, concept appropriateness, and usefulness was "CVR=1.00" in the five Delphi panels, and the content validity was finally recognized and confirmed as a WBA model for developing training programs for railway infrastructure BIM employees. |
