If you go to a nearby Subway sandwich shop for lunch or dinner for the first time, you will have a hard time choosing the menu. This is because you will think about many options, such as which menu to choose, what bread this bread is, which bread is delicious, what sauce goes well with here, and what to do with vegetables (topping), not the end. So most people follow the menu of a friend who went with them when they first went to a Subway store or choose the menu with the help of a clerk. However, it has the disadvantage that it may not be the sandwich you want. In addition, it is necessary to go through various trials and errors using a lot of time, experience, and money to order sandwiches of your desired taste. In this paper, we provide a Subway sandwich recommendation system based on a fuzzy expert system. In order to recommend a sandwich that the customer likes, the customer's preference for the characteristics of the sandwich is determined and the sandwich is recommended accordingly. The purpose of this system is to provide users with a better lunch or dinner. The proposed recommendation system digitizes the ingredients, composition, etc., that users prefer and identify the degree of preference so that users can choose sandwiches that suit their tastes without trial and error. |
