논문내용 The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for teacher education that helps to develop teachers’ ability to use various media by examining teachers’ perceptions, needs, and utilization status of augmented reality technology. As a result of the study, early childhood teachers knew about augmented reality through mass media and teachers recognized that augmented reality is necessary because it can induce the interest of children and expand and deepen education. Also, teachers recognized that augmented reality have a positive effect on the areas of creative development and natural science activities. However, teachers recognized and suffered from difficulties in implementing augmented reality education due to the lack of preparation in early childhood education institutions and the lack of media to be used. Therefore, teachers need and are willing to participate in teacher education on how to use and teach augmented reality technology, and they recognize that 3-4 times a year, from 30 minutes to an hour, on weekdays afternoon is appropriate, but they could not take teacher education about augmented reality-based teacher education. because they didn’t know the information or there was no education. Based on these results, it was concluded that it is urgent to develop content, materials, programs, and educational guidelines for infants that can be used by early childhood teachers and that various teacher education and educational environments should be provided so that teachers can use digital media.
