논문내용 |
Today, the world is becoming a serious problem both nationally and personally due to the delta mutation virus of COVID-19 and the Omikron virus. In particular, in the case of Korea, various methods such as social distancing, personnel restrictions, vaccine passes, business hours restrictions, and non-face-to-face classes are being used to prevent this spread, but Omicron has been at its peak for several days, and the cumulative number of confirmed cases has reached 1.96 million. In this situation, when comparing before and after COVID-19, the change in consumer purchasing patterns is rapidly changing. Therefore, purchases through online-based web-based shopping malls are spreading in the offline market. In particular, it is appearing to be tapped around the Z generation familiar with online culture using smart devices. In this study, preference was analyzed in depth based on a survey-based Likard 7-point measure of usefulness, usability, accessibility, reliability, attractiveness, searchability, and value, which are seven user experiences based on representative web-based shopping mall sites used by these Z generations. In addition, based on MBTI, we tried to understand and analyze consumption patterns according to introversion and extroversion. This study was conducted to help a more effective online shopping culture in the non-face-to-face era by suggesting user-centered experiences to information providers on web shopping mall sites and users who use them. |
