Recently, companies are increasing scarcity and collection value through limited releases such as first-come, first-served purchases or lottery to promote product sales through differentiation from other companies, and consumers, especially the MZ generation, are trying to purchase products at higher prices. Therefore, there are many transactions recently in which products are purchased and new products are sold again, and selling and purchasing used products at a higher price is called resell. Such resale has increased in the used trading market, and sites specializing in resale have emerged, viewing it as a single market and identifying resale as a single market. With the advent of these sites, more and more people have encountered and experienced these trading markets closely. Therefore, the revitalization of the resale platform is considered very important, and many companies are entering the resale market to expand the larger market. Reflecting this trend, the purpose of this paper is to conclude what measures should be prepared for the growth of resale platforms. Therefore, this paper explains the market size and trading method of KREAM, then market, and used country, and studies how to activate the resale platform by identifying the advantages, opportunities, and threats of the three platforms through SWTO analysis. |
