논문내용 |
Education on gender sensitivity by universities should be provided mandatory at least once a year. However, difficulties in face-to-face learning due to the COVID-19 pandemic results led to the development of online content for gender sensitivity education as a non-curricular program. Therefore, this study aims to develop online content for gender sensitivity for college students using the ADDIE model and to learn its effectiveness. The result of the study reveals that, firstly, the online education content was produced with the ADDIE model according to the educational perspective, content, methodology, development areas, and educational effectiveness factors to create novel and incredibly innovative video clips which can draw students’ attention. Secondly, the satisfaction of gender sensitivity for online educational content was 61.0%, and the preference for online education for gender sensitivity education was 80.0%. Thirdly, the recognition score of gender role stereotypes was 4.43, recognition of sexual violence was 4.50, and recognition of gender discrimination was 3.61 as for the effect of gender sensitivity education in 2021, revealing higher educational performance in online education in 2021 compared to offline learning in 2019. This paper suggests that it is necessary to develop promotional activities and implement strategies, secure budgets to vitalize online education with administrative support, and continuously update gender sensitivity for online educational programs. |
