Atopic dermatitis(AD) is a typical environmental disease considered to be correlated with harmful environmental factors. Rapid environmental changes have increased the prevalence of AD. AD requires management of various environmental factors in daily life. In this study, personal health record(PHR) - based AD management service, which can be managed by the user, was developed by analyzing the living environment management factors provided in the domestic website. 22 living environmental factors for improvement of AD symptom were classified as daily check items for pre - treatment and care during treatment, and contents of lifestyle education were constructed respectively. We also developed a Korean Medical of personal health record(PHR) platform for AD management by establishing a data collection system through user records, wearable devices, IoT sensing devices and public information. In addition to provide the simple information, it is possible to conduct bi-directional self-checkings more actively through the self-recordings, the collection data of devices, and the education of environmental factors. The results of this study can be used to a study of the management of AD in the future. |
