논문내용 NFT (Non-fungible Token) is at the center of technological change in the web 3.0 era. NFT is used in various fields such as collections, games, music, movies, and sports. In this paper, we propose a Certification Verification System using NFT for the IYRC (International Youth Robot Competition). We designed and implemented a web-based system that could be issued and traded on the market for NFTs (the original digital files) for award-winning participants at the International Competition. Each NFT was given a unique serial number. In the minted (a.k.a. issued) NFTs, the name of the winners, team, country, and game categoy are stored together as identification data, and a contract address is created. It is possible to check when each NFT was issued and to whom it was transferred from the Polygon Scan. Solidity language was used to develop smart contracts, and IPFS was applied to store files. Token issuance was developed by applying the ERC-1155 protocol on the Polygon Network, which has no transaction fees. NFTs are listed on public marketplace (e.g. OpenSea) and also on its own platform we built. Since the IYRC organizer issues NFTs directly, it can be reliably proved that the listing images and descriptions are the original. Through this NFT system,  anyone can check the owner of each certificate (NFT) 24 hours a day without worrying about the loss of the certificate.
