논문내용 As the number of COVID-19 patients is rapidly increases, there is a problem that the existing epidemiological investigation method and QR code electronic access list system cannot quickly and accurately identify the patient’s movement. In the existing epidemiological investigation method, when COVID-19 infection occurs, an oral investigation is conducted. After that, based on the oral investigation, the CCTV is checked and the exact movement line is identified by tracking the location of the cell phone and examining the card usage record. This method takes at least two days to identify the movement of COVID-19 patients, and if the number of the patients increases rapidly, it takes more time due to the shortage of epidemiological investigation personnel. In this paper, we propose an app-based contact tracking management system using GPS and Bluetooth to quickly detect the new COVID-19 patients and respond to rapid spread. By using GPS location tracking, the proposed system can identify app users have come in contact with COVID-19 patients faster and more accurately than the existing method when a new patient occurrs. In addition, it provides convenience to app users by replacing the existing QR code authentication method with Bluetooth authentication. The app uses OAuth 2.0 login using the Kakao REST API.
