논문내용 The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between the level of self-directed learning strategy, a sense of self-control, and the degree of academic burnout of college students who experienced non-face-to-face online classes due to COVID-19. For this purpose, the level of self-directed learning strategy, self-control, and academic burnout were measured for 187 students majoring in nursing and health who had experienced non-face-to-face online classes for more than 3 months. As a result, the level of self-directed learning strategy decreased as the length of the non-face-to-face online class increased, and the level of self-directed learning strategy and the sense of self-control were analyzed as a positive correlation. It is thought that in the case of academic burnout, high burnout results were shown in the questions measuring enthusiasm and interest in learning and the degree to which it can be helpful in the future, and it was negatively correlated with the level of self-directed learning strategy. In addition, depending on the period of non-face-to-face online classes, the degree of academic burnout was low because they focused on their studies to adapt to unfamiliar methods in the beginning. Based on these results, even if Corona 19 ends or the era of with Corona is changed, non-face-to-face online classes are likely to continue in some parts. Online lectures and various emotional support programs should be provided.
